Associate selection
We are always looking for talented and emotionally intelligent trainers, coaches and consultants who would like to attend our assessment centres for consideration to join our associate team. We are looking for:
- Non-EI consultants and trainers who would like to help us with innovating, designing and delivering rich, engaging development programmes that fit with our ethos.
- EI coaches who want to work with Board and Senior Management Teams.
- EI coaches who want to work with graduates and middle managers.
- Learning and development professionals with EI psychometric accrediatation(s).
- Graphic facilitators who want some challenging assignments.
