It's not about emotions

Well, actually it is. And it isn't. We believe that Emotional Intelligence needs to be fully integrated with the other intelligences so that it may be applied.

Real, practical EI is the process of being aware of how we think and feel and how others are thinking and feeling so that we can make the most effective choice in any given situation.
