Organisational development and Emotional Intelligence

Because 'employee engagement' surveys diagnose only a fraction of the emotional climate of an organisation, we are asked to:

  • measure the impact of Emotional Intelligence in 16 performance areas across an organisation.
  • use applied EI models and principles to interpret the results.
  • present our findings to Senior Management.
  • provide facilitation services for the resulting discussions.
  • design EI interventions to meet development needs for teams, departments, individuals or the organisation as a whole.
  • provide further Organisational Development consulting where required.
