Organisational development and Emotional Intelligence
Because 'employee engagement' surveys diagnose only a fraction of the emotional climate of an organisation, we are asked to:
- measure the impact of Emotional Intelligence in 16 performance areas across an organisation.
- use applied EI models and principles to interpret the results.
- present our findings to Senior Management.
- provide facilitation services for the resulting discussions.
- design EI interventions to meet development needs for teams, departments, individuals or the organisation as a whole.
- provide further Organisational Development consulting where required.
