Emotional Intelligence development for the Individual Executive
Because every individual has a unique EI development need, we are asked to:

- design workshops to efficiently communicate essential knowledge before coaching leaders and managers in the same organisation.
- develop the Emotional Intelligence of HR professionals undertaking EI coach training.
