Using Emotional Intelligence to help organisations achieve their goals
One of the most powerful applications of EI is its ability to help align employee attitudes with the behavioural outcomes an organisation needs to achieve its goals. Therefore, we are asked to:
- create development programmes and coaching programmes that align employee behaviour with competency and behavioural frameworks. (Leadership competency frameworks, etc.)
- create development programmes and coaching programmes that align employee behaviour with corporate values – especially ‘brand values’ where companies are looking for their leaders and employees to ‘live the brand.’
- build the attitudes and competency needed to ready the talent pool for succession.
- facilitate the development or re-development of corporate values or behavioural competency frameworks to incorporate 'emotionally intelligent attitudes.'
