EI and the Board/Senior Management Team
Because Emotional Intelligence has been measured to be a better predictor of success in Senior Executives than either previous experiece or IQ, we are asked to:
- use team EI measures to diagnose the development needs of the leadership team without business issues clouding the real, underlying need for development.
- further develop their leadership capability - applying Emotional Intelligence to help business leaders communicate with both hearts and minds, change culture by understanding how to change attitudes and to help lead performance through even stronger relationship management.
- use whole-company EI measures to diagnose potential problem areas internally and through the external value chain.
- provide coaching support for the team in general, specific support for those in the first 90 days of appointment and for those who are being groomed for Senior appointments within the talent pool.
