Integrating EI into existing programmes and frameworks
Because performance correlates highly with EI, we are asked to consult on existing management and leadership development programmes/frameworks to:
- co-design and co-deliver programmes to meet changing organisational development objectives.
- underpin established leadership and management development programmes with EI to create managers and leaders with an even greater capacity for leading or managing complexity, relationships and change.
- use EI diagnostic tools across the organisation level to establish development needs and inform programme re-design.
- deploy EI diagnostic tools for teams and individuals to facilitate tailored EI development interventions within wider programmes.
